Floor Manager (Furniture Factory)

Job Description:
The Floor Manager will oversee daily factory operations, ensure high-quality production, and manage factory staff for optimal efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations on the factory floor, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Monitor production processes to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Supervise and coordinate factory workers, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Manage inventory, raw materials, and equipment maintenance.
Implement and enforce company policies to improve productivity and workplace discipline.
Provide regular reports to management on production performance and challenges
Qualifications & Requirements:
HND/BSc in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a furniture manufacturing or woodworking factory.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of furniture production techniques, materials, and quality control.
Proficiency in production planning, workflow optimization, and inventory management.

Creative Officer

The Creative Officer will produce engaging visual content, videos, and graphics to support ArtDeco’s brand identity and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Production: Create compelling video content for social media & marketing campaigns
Graphic Design: Design graphics for digital & print media
Content Creation: Develop creative content to enhance brand visibility
Collaboration: Work with marketing & design teams to execute creative projects
Brand Consistency: Ensure uniformity in visual brand identity
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, and content creation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects
Excellent time management & communication skills
