3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are clearly displayed and may change without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, POS, and online payment gateways.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location.
Artdeco is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-made furniture requires an initial deposit before production begins.
Delivery timelines for custom orders will be communicated at the point of order.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced.

6. Returns and Refunds

Standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

7. Product Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on some of our furniture items. Warranty covers structural defects and does not include damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media platforms—including images, designs, text, and logos—is the intellectual property of Artdeco Interior and Furniture Ltd. and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:
